Process to Correct Address in PF Office Records

1. Kindly let me know the process to correct the address of my establishment, which has been entered incorrectly in the PF office records.

2. The address of my establishment has been changed. Please let me know how to get it corrected in the PF office records.

You need to draw the attention of the RPFC by writing a letter indicating that the name of the company is recorded incorrectly by their office and request them to correct it.

You need to inform the RPFC by writing a letter about the change of address. Attach address proof and Form 5A upon the change of address.
