Need To Prepare HR Manual For Setting Up HR Department

Dear All
During my college days i used to take answers for my questions from your discussions but now i am a HR professional of an emerging company and i have responsibility to start HR department.As i dn't have that much experience i request you all to help me with starting up policies.
My company is a sole proprietorship (sales & marketing) firm with 20 employees in it and we are planning to convert it into private limited firm.

since you have visited the site several times, you must be knowing that you can get all the details by research options and the right hand tool bar, kindly go through them and even after that if you require any help from seniors they will be glad to advise you.
