Struggling to Find Freshers with Great English Skills for Hospitality Jobs – Any Advice?

We are looking to hire fresher candidates with excellent communication skills in English for the hospitality industry. The requirement is in bulk, and the time frame is just 15 days. We have been using portals and free job listing sites, but unfortunately, we are not finding the required number of candidates from there. Please advise on any other ways we can fulfill this requirement.
