Regarding PF Contribution - Pf Contributions

Greetings to All
I am From Tamil Nadu(Tirupur)
I am working in a dyeing industry In the last month the management told that here afterwards they are not going to contribute for PF Amount .And Employees those who need PF They itself pay the whole contribution of pf amount (employee contribution 12% and employer contribution 13.61%) Is it Legal or Illegal shell we made a complaint against this

Dear Friend
It is not legal. It is purely illegal. Once managements starts to contribute the PF contribution, it can not be stopped without the knowledge of the PF authorities. You can report the management to pay the employer contribution. Otherwise give complain to the PF authorities they will collect from the management with interest and damage from the date of eligible.
