I have been in sales and have some experience in hiring. Recently, I have transitioned to the HR department. I am unsure where to begin in this new role. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please help.

3. Have you shifted your career from sales to HR in your current company, or have you resigned from your job in the current company and are looking for a job in HR? Are you okay with any designation in HR (even if it's entry-level) if you can get a job in HR?

I have around 7 years of sales experience and about 1 year of hiring experience. I work in Noida and have been with this company for more than a year now. Previously, I was in inside sales, but now I work in HR, specifically focusing on talent pool, learning, and development.
