Form 'b' (bonus Register) - Doc Download

Please share me a Form "B" register as per Bonus Act and give me the some details on the same.

Dear Rajini ji,
Form B register is a register of 'Set-on and Set-off of allocable surplus' under section 15 of the Act. You need to study and understand this section.
Computation of allocable surplus and set-on, set-off is a subject of a person who does finalization of accounts. You need to take the relevant information from such person to fill up this register.

Can i get the format of Form 'B' to calculate allocable surplus.
Pls do the needful.

Why people are reluctant to by a Bare Act with rules which will contain Form B.?
