Dear Rajini ji, Form B register is a register of 'Set-on and Set-off of allocable surplus' under section 15 of the Act. You need to study and understand this section.

Computation of allocable surplus and set-on, set-off is a subject for a person who finalizes accounts. You need to obtain the relevant information from such a person to fill up this register.

Can I get the format of Form 'B' to calculate allocable surplus? Please do the needful.
