I joined in April 2010 in a private limited company. After 1 year, I received an increment, but the PF deduction was based on old calculations, and there are arrears pending for 5 months. The difference and arrears have not been paid to me to date. Currently, the company is facing issues due to a bank overdraft, and the employer is unresponsive. What should I do? Please advise.

Kindly look for a new opportunity without wasting your time in your current company, which does not listen to its employees' requests and does not prioritize employee welfare.
