New Transport Facility and Attendance System Update

This memo is intended to inform you that "company name" has availed a new transport facility for personnel. The timing for pickup points and drop-offs is scheduled as per the attached sheet. Accordingly, staff are required to make themselves available at the designated timing and location. Any change of address should be communicated to HR.

Moreover, the company has implemented fingerprint attendance, and you are requested to mark your attendance through the new system.
