This memo is intended to inform that the "company name " has availed a new transport facility for the personel
timing for pickup-point and drop-off is scheduled as per the the attached sheet.
Accordingly, staff are required to avail themselves at designated timing and location. any of change of adress should be communicated to H.R.
Moreover, company has implemented Fingerte attendance and you are requested to mark your attendace through the new system.

All employees hereby informed that we have appointed a new transport agency for the pick and drop facility. The timings of the same is as per the attached sheet,
Staff is advised to be on time at designated location. If you change the address, please communicate the change to HR immediately.
We are also pleased to announce that company has installed fingerte attendance system at the entrance of the security gate. This has been done for smooth recording of attendance and is one of the steps towards automation.
Henceforth all are advised to marked their attendance through the said system. Please note that the salary payments would be based on the report generated through this system.
