Training Dilemma: Should We Focus on Technical or Behavioral Skills in Telecom BPO?

I am a Training Manager at a Telecom BPO. I may be of some assistance. Are you looking at planning only technical trainings or behavioral trainings too?

Dear members,

I am working in a telecom MNC, and we are planning to establish a training school for our technical teams/departments. We already have expert in-house trainers who can provide excellent technical training, but we are seeking external trainers/companies who can set benchmarks and manage end-to-end training from pre-training assessment to post-training evaluation, including necessary documentation.

Any good trainers from RF, Networking, Routers, Switches, etc., who can conduct assessment and evaluation, and have good experience in training professionals.
