PF Form Submission

Is there any law that only original copy of PF forms are accepted in the office for PF withdrawal.
I have downloaded form 10C & 19 from internet & filled all the details & submitted to HR dept about 2 months back
.
The HR now tells me that it is govt rule that you have to submit the original forms,xerox copies will not do.
The forms have to be submitted to Vapi(Gujarat).
Please clear my doubt.

Hi Lipika,
there is no provision from EPF for submit original PF forms. You just Download form 10C & 19 from internet & filled all the details & submit to HR dept..
If HR Dept. not consider your forms.. so please go to regional epf office and compliant against your company..
If you are not going for compliant... you can get signature from your Bank bank manager and submit the form pf office.. after one month you will get your pf claim...

No . their is no law that only orginial form should be submit for PF withdrawal.
you can submit the xerox form duly signed by the authorised person from the organisation.

Hello,
My name is Kavya. I have a question in regards for the PF form submission. Is it possible if we can submit PF withdrawal form in Bangalore instead of Mumbai Bandra PF office.
As I've filled the PF withdrawal from on 11/12/2013 and given to my office which is Firstsource at Bangalore. But till now the form is not been submitted to the PF office and when I contacted my office they say that PF office Mumbai Bandra is not accepting new forms due to financial year ending.
My PF account number is MH/BAN/46430/138992.
Can you please help me with the information?
