Is Bpo's Hr Experience Will Count Or Not

I'm an MBA-HR fresher, 2013 pass out. I have a doubt that if I join a BPO as an HR-Recruiter now, will I be able to join any organization in the future with this BPO experience? Please give me suggestions as soon as possible.

Generally, there is a feeling among people that work experience in HR in a BPO may not be considered in the future when applying for a new job. However, this is not the case in reality. It will be taken into consideration, but you should be very clear that your experience is in HR and not in other functions under the umbrella of HR.
