Want to Learn Payroll, PF, and ESI? Seeking Guidance as a Recruiter Transitioning Roles

Presently, I am working in a manpower consultancy as a recruiter. Here, I am solely responsible for recruitment. I would like to gain knowledge about payroll, P.F., and ESI. Please assist me with this.

I would suggest two things. First, try to collect payroll information for a significant number of employees (say, at least 30-40 individuals). Then, you can process it in Excel. My recommendation is to configure the same in Tally.ERP9 Payroll module (you can download and install the Tally education version for free) and process the payroll. There are plenty of YouTube videos available to educate you on this. Configuring payroll in Tally will provide you with a good understanding of the processes involved, statutory requirements, and the forms needed for filing, etc.
