Facing Unpaid Salaries and Sudden Dismissal: How Should I Handle This Situation?

Hi Seniors, I was working as an HR in a company for the last three months, but there were always salary issues. I was always paid in bits and pieces, and that too after asking for it several times. When, in the month of June, I asked for my May month's salary, I was asked to leave without any reason. All these conversations took place over SMS, not even face to face. My boss even has a tendency to make people work for free. What should I do?

Don't waste your valuable time and hard-earned skills with such organizations or people. Leave them right away and seek a better opportunity where humans are treated as assets. Remember: Vision is achieved only by the people.
