We have 21 days of privilege/sick/casual leave per year for our company. Can we encash sick and casual leave upon termination of service? Please advise.
Privilege leaves are mandatorily encashable. However, if you want to encash the sick leave or casual leaves, like Mr. Kamal said, it is your choice. I can say one thing for sure: it would not be illegal to encash them.
