Confused About LWF Deductions in Haryana? Monthly vs. Yearly: What’s Correct?

Hi all, we are using LWF for Haryana State and I have the following questions:

Employee and Employer Deduction

1) How much is the employee and employer deduction?

2) What is the deduction frequency? Should we deduct monthly, half-yearly, or yearly?

Please send me any circular as well. Currently, we are deducting ₹5 from the employee and ₹10 from the employer contribution on a monthly basis. However, some consultants have suggested that the deduction should be yearly, with ₹10 per month from the employee and ₹20 per month from the employer.

Please advise.

Employer contribution = 20

Employee contribution = 10

Period return = Monthly submission

Cheque to be drawn = Welfare Commissioner (Gov. Haryana) payable at Chandigarh.

Employee Share is ₹10 per month, and the Employer's share is ₹20 per month. Deductions should be made on a monthly basis, but deposits can be done annually. For example, deductions from Jan-13 to Dec-13 can be deposited in Jan 2014, and no interest will be charged on it.
