I created ESI temporary ID card for my employees and given the same to them. The employee should submit the temporary ID card to the concerned ESI office for getting the smart card. But, due to some circumstances, the validity period of some employees temporary ID card got expired and were rejected by the ESI. What should I do inorder to get them the smart card...
Please throw your inputs as my employees will get benefit out of it...
