PF Cuttings

HI folks..,
Can I know how the pf cuttings can be done for 20,000 salary per month??is this cuttings will be different from company to company??
may I know basic cuttings according to package??? is there any such classification of cuttings according to sal for all the employers???

PF is deducted on Basic+DA at 12%. Most companies also opt for the clause where the restrict the Basic at Rs.6500/-, so irrespective of the basic the PF would be Rs. 780/-. As the salary beak up varies from company to company, the Basic will be different and so the calculation of PF.

Pf deducted on Basic+DA and the contribution rate is 12%. as per your query PF deduction on 20000 it depends on company. In India some companies deducted only Rs. 780 and Some companies deducting 12% on Basic+DA.
