Topics For Hr Project

hi all,
I m an MBA student and i want to do a project in HR for tht i want ur help to know wat r the happening issues in HR in which project can be made.

Few days back we had a discussion on the same topic which was posted by one of the student. At that time one of our Cite HR member had suggested Employee Retention. The conclusion was that we all thought it is the most happening topic, try it out. More over it is best to do in two companies so that you can do comparsion study.

i jst read about employee retention topic which you advised... i am MBA student i have to select a thesis topic soon. can employee retention be taken as a thesis research topic????? its no doubt a broaad topic can u pleaz help me to out to simplify it ???? i wud be glad ..

Its good that you have decided to go ahead with the interesting topic, but i feel i am not the person to help you in simplifying the topic. Anyways still i would say i will try to help if you once you start working on it if required..........
