Seeking Ideas: What Are the Current HR Challenges Worth Exploring for My MBA Project?

I am an MBA student and I want to do a project in HR. For that, I want your help to know what are the current issues happening in HR where a project can be developed.

A few days back, we had a discussion on the same topic that was posted by one of the students. At that time, one of our Cite HR members had suggested Employee Retention. The conclusion was that we all thought it is the most happening topic, so try it out. Moreover, it is best to compare in two companies so that you can conduct a comparison study.
