Requesting your guidance on this : We have engaged some employees who were having old IP (about which our previous HR wasn't know) after joining as a routine proceedure we have generated new IPs. But now because of two number they are not able to get Smart Cards & avail benefits. The regional ESIC inform to continue old IP & transfer contribution from new number to Old number by taking Regional Directors / joint directors approval. Request suggest on this.
how we insert the old IP number under our employer code?
what is the process for that?
