Labor Contractor Agreement vs. Labor Supplier Agreement

In a manufacturing unit, can we refer to a labor contractor agreement as a labor supplier agreement? If not, what should we specify in the contract agreement? The contractor is providing manpower to the factory.

Thank you.

I do not see why it should be a problem to specify in the agreement that he is supposed to supply labor. However, in the long term, if the workers are working on production/core activities, then they can claim to be made permanent. It's better to give a contract for the delivery of a result and show that the workers are not under the direct control of the principal employer.

Thank you.
