Could you please send me the guidelines/instructions to fill Form APPLICATION FOR ISSUE OF DUPLICATE STATEMENT OF MARKS.
Brief: I had done my graduation from regular college under D.U ,One of my exam not cleared (IIIRD Year )afterwards I reappeared for the exam & get cleared. After some time I got mark sheet showing one exam was not cleared & provisional certificate from my college. both documents roll nos are differ.
So please instruct which roll no I have to specify Provisional certificate roll no or Mark- sheet roll no.
So please instruct how to fill form except personal detail, Pl reply ASAP
