I am working in an IT company in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. I want to know about IT company rules because they are applying their own rules.
Notice Period and Salary Payment
1. The company has a one-month notice period, and they do not pay the salary to the employee during the notice period. The salary is paid one or two months later when the employee leaves the company after completing the notice period.
Work Hours and Compensation
2. The official timing is from 10 AM to 7 PM, but they pressure employees to stay late and complete work without any extra compensation.
New Policy on Salary Increment
3. They recently implemented a new policy stating that if an employee receives an increment, 10% of the total salary would be deducted.
