Hi, I am working in an IT company in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. I want to know about IT company rules because they are applying their own rules.
1. The company has a one-month notice period and they do not pay salary to the employee during the notice period. The salary is paid one or two months later when the employee leaves the company after completing the notice period.
2. The official timing is 10 to 7, but they pressure employees to stay late and complete work without any extra compensation.
3. They recently implemented a new policy stating that if an employee receives an increment, 10% of the total salary would be deducted.
