PF Settlement Of American Citizen In Case Of Resigne From Indian Company

Dear Friends,

I have two questions:

1) Is an American citizen who is working in an Indian company covered under the PF Act treated as an "International Worker"?

2) How can we settle EPF & EPS claims in the case of an American citizen resigning from an Indian company covered under the PF Act?

I need detailed explanation that is easy to understand.

He is not an international worker as per the definition. See paragraph 83 of EPE scheme.
