Navigating PF and EPS Claims for American Workers Leaving Indian Companies: Your Questions Answered

Dear Friends, I have two questions:

1) Is an American citizen who is working in an Indian company covered under the PF Act treated as an "International Worker"?

2) How can we settle EPF & EPS claims in the case of an American citizen resigning from an Indian company covered under the PF Act?

He is not an international worker as per the definition. See paragraph 83 of the EPE scheme.
