I Want A Format For Salary Slip.

I want a format of salary slip.I used to get flat 18000 salary in hand with no deductions at all.How to prepare the format for this kind of salary?

Kindly advise me the salary breakup for the following:
Net salary in hand 18000.
Please let me know how can we prepare a salary slip in this?

How can it be possible that there is no deduction even though if your company does not comes under the PF & ESI applicability the TDS and Professional Tax has to be deducted. Please clarify
You can split your earnings into
Basic,HRA,Conveyance,Medical Reimbursement,Spl. Allowance etc

I agree with Saji. There has to be deductions i.e. Professional Tax, ESIC etc.. may be you have not opted for PF even.

Instead of salary Slip you could get a Salary Certificate which depicts your employment details and your consolidated monthly salary in it. Please make sure you are getting it in a letter head and it should be signed by higher official in HR department...If you would have any questions do let me know..
