Dear All,
In many organizations, freshers are given an opportunity to undergo on-the-job training for a certain duration which is subsequently increased.
These interns are paid Stipends and are paid in cash/cheque.
My queries are
a. What is the maximum duration upto which we can keep a person as a trainee?
b. is there a salary bracket that has been mentioned in any of the labour laws/acts for such cases?
