Semi-Skilled: Rs. 130 per day

One of our clients has put forward a query that security/ward and watch have not been mentioned in any notification issued by the Delhi state, and they are not entitled to minimum wages. We are not able to find any information online either. They are wondering if they should be categorized as unskilled or semi-skilled. - Unskilled: 3950
- Semi-skilled: 4503
- Skilled: 4999

The Haryana Shop & Establishment Act mandates the specification of working hours and intervals of rest in Form G. If the employees work in shifts, how should this be reflected in Form G?

Secondly, what are the conditions for off-roll employees (contract labor) who work shift-wise?
