Struggling to Pay ESIC Interest Online? Seeking Guidance on Overcoming Payment Hurdles

I am Swati Nair, working in an SSI manufacturing industry as a finance executive. Our company has received a notice from ESIC regarding interest on delayed payment under the provisions of the ESI Act 1948 and also for damages. However, I am unable to pay it online. Please assist.
