I am looking for any govt act that covers The Employee Transportion Service provided by the company in corporate sector for daily pickup from home to office/workplace and back to their employees..

Dear Senior,
One of our employee complete the training of one year and reveled on his last date,
Now he file the case against company as " Demand for the reinstatement with continuity of service"
Unfortunately he did not sign the acceptance of training completion cerificate
Now please guide me about the same
