Choosing the Best HR Course: What Should I Pursue with 4 Years in Recruitment?

Hi Friends, please suggest to me which is the best course to pursue in HR. I have nearly 4 years of experience in recruitment.

If you are an MBA graduate, then that is fine for an HR Generalist position. With only around 4 years of experience in recruitment, I feel it may be quite difficult to change your career to another core area or to a generalist role. Instead of pursuing additional courses, you should focus on learning all the core modules of HR if you want to change your career. At the same time, you should keep looking for job openings.
