Leave Wages Of A Unskilled/semiskilled Workers.

Sir,
Can any guide me the leave applicability in unskilled/semiskilled category especially in security services as per the factory act in Jharkhand?
I had a rough idea that individual is eligible for 15 days EL/PL and 12 days CL, but do not have any documentary evidence to convince other.
Kindly suggest me with some documentary evidence.
