Hi Mahi, I registered on the EPF online passbook site in October 2012. When I logged in for the first time, I got the option to send a request for the passbook. Within three days, I received an SMS stating that the passbook was available, and I downloaded it. Since then, every time I log in, I see the same uploaded passbook. Initially, I thought the reason behind this might be that EPFO is not updating the account.
A few days ago, I asked one of my team members to register on the site. When he registered, he found the same option (send a request for EPF passbook) that I saw the first time. Within a few days, he received an updated EPF passbook till August 2013. Please suggest if someone has a solution for this issue.
