I am working in a company as a front desk executive but looking to pursue a career in HR. I am currently pursuing PGDHRM from Symbiosis, but I am confused about what steps to take next. Could you please advise me on what I should do?

As you are pursuing education in HR, wait until you graduate from college with a degree. Concentrate on studies to achieve good grades. Continue in the same job and try to transition into the admin department. Meanwhile, strive to gain knowledge about HR functions and day-to-day HR activities. I was thinking of joining an HR internship program. I have visited some consultancies like Spectrum Infogain Services, Clan Learning, Auctus, and SLA Consultant, but I haven't decided which consultancy or institute is good for me. At my current workplace, I also assist my HR in making salary vouchers.
