Even though I have just completed my internship project in HR, I have done a lot of research on the topics that can be explored. Common topics in HR that students often choose include attrition rate (which is generally low in the public sector), employee satisfaction, training and development, and recruitment.
You can also consider delving into less explored topics such as employee engagement, talent management, employee lifecycle, and learning and development. In public sector banks, career planning for employees is often neglected, so you might want to consider focusing on this area.
