New to Payroll? Seeking Guidance on Starting My Career and Finding Training Opportunities

Hello to All Respected Seniors, I am a fresher and want to make my career in Payroll. What steps should I take? Are there any coaching or classes available that can train me for the same? Please guide me.

It is good to know that you would like to get into Payroll. However, in HR, getting into payroll at this point, especially being a fresher, is not easy. I would suggest you try getting into an operational role in any sized organization where you will get exposure to various aspects of HR. After gaining experience for about 4 years or more, you will definitely have a chance to move into Compensation & Benefits.
