Education Consultants Are Under Shop Act.?

Dear Seniors,
Greetings!!!
I am working with the education consultant in Chandigarh branch. We have our H.O in New Delhi. We are Pvt. Ltd. firm & registered with Company Act.
My query is that our Chandigarh education center is come under the Shop and Establishment Act or not?
Kindly help me out in the same concern.

Dear Rahul,
Consultancy come under service industry not in manufacturing.. so, you consultancy is applicable for shops & Establishment. Even, recruitment consultancy also, need the shops & establihsment.
