Facing Job Loss Due to Department Shift: Should I Stay or Move On?

Good evening to all. I hope your day is going well. I have a serious problem that may result in me losing my job. I am working as a Trainee in HR at Ecologic Chemicals Ltd. The issue is that we shifted the AR&D department from our Head Office to the Plant location, leading to an increase in the number of HR staff. My manager has informed me that if I am interested in working on HPWS, it would be good for me to consider moving on from the organization. I need your support and advice on the actions I should take.

Everybody in the organization/department faces threats because organizations encourage knowledgeable and creative employees. You are fortunate as your management has entrusted a new process of HPWS to you and given you a chance to learn. I can't understand why you see it as a threat that could cost you your job. Have confidence, focus on the activity, and excel.
