Deployment and Documentation Requirements
Deployment is the utilization of resources by the client. HR has a niche role to play while dealing with both the client and the candidate. Ensuring a "Tripartite Agreement/Contract" signed between the client, candidate, and your firm will initiate a definite amount of scheduled communication. It is necessary that the time-sheets prepared by the candidate and signed by the authorized signatory are sent to you; this will work the best. If not, speak to the client's HR department requesting a monthly report of the candidate's time to be sent to you for further clarity and for invoice generation (if required) to be paid by the client.
Additional documents required for the benefit include the applicant's form, a non-competition agreement, a letter of intent from the client, etc., which will assist in the documentation process. Additionally, a copy of the appointment letter, academic certificates, and the experience/relieving letter of the employee will help in maintaining safe records.
