My under probation friend start last Nov 21 2012 but he submit his resignation letter April 27 2013 . H was advised by his employer to work until May 27 2013 and work even it is within the one month notice period as required by company . Last salary received was last April 25 2013 .
In offer letter it is said under probation employee terminated or do not complete probation period will pay for the expense incurred by company for processing of working visa and others .
Probation Period is 6 months . Did he achieve the 6 months period , on the said dates or not .
Do the company will pay him after working within his one month notice period , April to May .
