Who gets the output of these filled up form ??
How would that person initiate or help in networking ??
Why should one reveal one's details in the form ??

Networking is always good and meaningful if it continues with same energy and enthusiasm.
You have not mentioned how this will help in networking, the operation model. How this will be "helpful to needful person" as you mentioned?. If you can elaborate about the outcome, citeHR members can understand it and I am sure, experienced hands within this community may extend their ideas and help to make your initiation a successful one for everybody's benefit.
Otherwise I believe citeHR itself is a successful networking platform. For the sake of doing something, most of the people start, then the enthusiasm goes slow finally the steam gets shut completely or remains half-done.

first of all thank you for all for filling this form and thanks for cite.hr for a nice platform.

now i would like to explain why i have created this form and how it will help to anyone.

Purpose : as i have mention this form is created for making network and getting help from other.

How : all the response will be record online and i ll take care all the database when any one need this data he has to just mail me with purpose and i ll filter data accordingly and sent it to them

security concern : i have created this form and i ll take care personally , i ll make sure here that anyone contact number will be not share to anyone until and unless he has select. except email id cause if you are getting anyone mail and you don't wanna contact or reply you can spam that user by one click so don't worry its safe.

how it will help : you wanna data then just mail me with purpose.

why i have created this form : i would like to share here i have started my career just one year back and i was unable to get this type of data. that time i had think why this kind of data is not available and if anywhere it was available that was very expensive or not reliable so i have created this now to help needed one.

why all the detail : this can be by one contact number too but i wanted to get only real data if anyone not wanted to share his he can...

i have started my career as HR trainee and wanted to make a strong database for contact, i feel this is the easiest and reliable way.

Citehr is a strong link amongst the members for sharing of knowledge to facilitate members to redress their issues, with high security of data and privacy. I do not understand the purpose of having another parallel network or database.
It seems that Mr. Pawankumar has devised the format for his personal use which apparently has no utility for the members of Citehr.
Seniors may comment otherwise to facilitate me to review and reconsider my views.

What it means is he will be holding all data and others will be dependent on him for any information.

I do not RECOMMEND such dependence on anyone and sharing of PERSONAL DATA with someone.

Once a person fills up the form; the form automatically sends the data to Pawankumar; and in these days of PHISING and other Mobile threats; security of personal data is paramount.

I strongly advise members not to share their personal data; and if they do so it shall be at their own risks.

CiteHR in itself is an ideal networking site for HR professionals and its SAFE.

I second Raj's opinion, people should be careful about their personal information that they share, why does he think he needs to gather the information and share uopn request, i think CIte HR is already making sure of that. My humble opinion people
