How Can We Effectively Implement Sub-Bands in Our IT Company's Hierarchy?

Could you throw some ideas on the organizational structure? We have the hierarchy from Project Manager to Trainee Software Engineer now. Now we are planning to have sub-bands for each designation. For example, Developer - Band 1 (greater than Juniors), Band 2 (Juniors), Band 3 (Trainees). Likewise for Senior Developers, Leads, and PMs also. Please suggest how I can do this in a better way.

Hi Shailaja, even I had to plan, and somehow I managed to complete the task just yesterday. I just created the bands, not the chart. Once you have the hierarchy, it is easy to develop the chart. Share your ID with me so that I can share the bands.
