I Want Start My Career In Core Hr

ihave completed my core hr professional course,and i have a grip of on that.but i dont have experience in core hr.m i've a experienc in admin, marketing ,now i want to start my career with core hr .how can i? pls suggest me

Do you Degree in HR? If not getting job in HR will be bit difficult. But even then there are few chances & you have to wait for that

ihave completed my mba with major hr minor marketing.when i finished my mba igot a job in retail marketingduring that period i d completed my core hr because of the passion to work in hr feild.idont have any interest to do job in marketing sector pls suggest me what should i do ?

As now a days there are very much competency & even the job market is bit dry I feel it is quite difficult. But any ways you should update those skills & be upto date. To be competent you should be good in all core modules right from recruitment, payroll, statutory, compliance, T & D, Counseling, Appraisal etc
