Considering a Career as an HR or IT Recruiter: Is It the Right Move for Me?

I completed my MBA in April 2013 with a specialization in HR. Currently, I am in search of a job. I am considering roles as an HR recruiter or IT recruiter. Can working as a recruiter be beneficial for my career in the HR field? I would appreciate your guidance in selecting my functional area.

As nowadays, getting jobs is quite difficult, I believe it is better to join as a Recruiter. Even in recruitment, many career development opportunities are available. If you really want to be a Generalist, then you should explore all modules of HR activities.
