This is Bhaskar, HR Analyst - SAP Production Support. Pooja, it is a good thought, as an HR professional, we need to update ourselves. SAP is an entrepreneurial software, and it is good to have training on it. There are quite a few good institutions other than Siemens (authorized trainer), and you can get trained there. As I am a localite of Bangalore, I know some of the institutions that provide SAP live training. Please revert for any clarifications.

I am also interested in doing this course but I want to know about institutes in Hyderabad, as I am currently located here. I have heard that companies like Wipro and TCS provide training to employees with 2-3 years of domain experience. If you have any information on this and know the procedure, please let me know.

Not only SAP-HR is in demand in the market, but all SAP-related skills are in demand now. SAP has three main categories: Technical, Functional, and System Admin. SAP-HR falls under the Functional module.

There are many training institutes offering courses at a minimum cost, but they do not always provide proper training despite promising placement assistance. SAP's authorized training partners are Siemens and Genovate. Typically, they charge around 1.5 to 2.5 lakhs, and the course duration is a minimum of 25 days, varying for different modules. While they provide proper training, there is no guarantee of placements unless you have relevant domain experience along with SAP training.

Currently, many IT companies are also recruiting SAP trainees. If you have any doubts or need clarification, please email me at vijaykumardgl@gmail.com.

At the same time, from the SAP side, what do you need? To be frank, I am not a recruiter, consultancy, or training institute; I am a SAP Technical Consultant.

As explained by Karthik, there are only three authorized education partners for SAP in Delhi NCR: Siemens, Visnova, and JKT.
