Navigating HR Career Growth: Is an SAP Certification Worth It Without Experience?

I have an MBA in HR and have worked for 2 years, but I do not have professional experience in HR. I would like to pursue an SAP certificate course. Currently, I am in the U.S for a period of 6 months. Kindly advise me on which certification I can pursue. Additionally, I am interested to know if online courses hold value. Looking forward.

If you are in the US, you can appear for the exam directly. No training is required. However, you need to go through the books/training material - THR10 Part 1 & 2, THR12 Part 1 & 2.
