Esic Not Applicable On Wages

Dear friend,
if employees salary will increase from 1st april.2013 more then 15k but this amount increased in may.13 salary with arrears, in this case esi contribution will paid in may salary or not, because in apr.13 esi contribution has been paid due to less then 15k salary.
If you have any circular on this pls intimate us.

As Per ESIC Act the contribution once deducted will be continuously contribute for next 6 months..., So, need to be deduct up to Sept 13

At the time of beginning of the contribution period(i-eApr/Oct), less than 15k, till the end of the contribution period ESI TO BE CONTRIBUTED.
EVEN THOUGH, YOU INCREASE THE SALARY ABOVE 15K, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CONTRIBUTION, TO BE CONTINUED UNTIL END OF THE CONTRIBUTION
