Your query is vague and contradictory. I think you have some things mixed up. I assume that your company is not deducting and depositing PF. If they have more than 19 employees, then PF is required to be deducted and paid. However, any employee who is getting a starting salary of more than ₹6,500 per month (basic + DA) and who does not have an existing PF account can be exempt. For that, the employee has to apply to the company for exemption. The application is in Form 11.
Since your employer does not want to be burdened with PF, they are making all employees apply for exemption. If the above situation is correct, you do not have an option but to fill out Form 11. Else you may quickly find yourself looking for another job. However, do not fill out the form if you have an existing PF account from a previous employer.
