Confused About Monthly Salary Calculation with PF? Need Help with Days and Excel!

Hello, can you suggest how to calculate the monthly salary with PF? I know the salary breakdown, but I don't know how to process the monthly salary. Also, is the monthly salary divided by 26, 30, or 31 days? Could anyone provide some guidance? I would be really grateful if anyone could share an Excel file on this topic.

Greetings for the day! Please check the following percentages for designing the salary structure:

- Basic Salary: 50% of the salary in metro cities and 40% in non-metro cities
- HRA: 50% of the Basic salary
- Conveyance: $800 per month
- Medical Allowance: $1250 per month
- PF: 12% of the basic salary
- PF is optional if your basic salary is more than Rs. 6500. In that case, it is at the discretion of the company to deduct the PF on the total basic salary or up to Rs. 6500.
