How To Get Information From PF Office Under RTI

Dear Seniors,
I am wanting to get information regarding my PF account. I wish to go through RTI as my personal visits, phone calls and trying to get information through website has not worked.
Please let me know the exact procedure, particular form (I m told thr is no form for RTI) how the payment can be made, whom the chq or DD to be drawn on etc.
Your early response will help me to initiate this process soon.
The query is regarding Regional PF office Bandra and Kandivali.

Postal order of Rs 10 would be ideal. The postal order should be addressed to Accounts officer,EPFO. Query should be specific. Query should be on single subject preferably. There are various formats. Even handwritten RTI gets response. Generally you get response in 15-20 days if query is written correctly.
Let me ask what is the real issue? Generally Meeting with commissioner gets things done.,

What is the information that you are looking for that you need to go the rti route ?
If you have the PF number and establishment code, you can get the information online.
If you have other problems, will rti give the answer you are looking for ? That is to collect a different type of information.
Rti is not easy to use. You would need help of some people who have navigated that route before. I know some lawyers / activitists who are good at it.

It can be sent on plain paper in simple way giving details of self along with required information in a clear manner OR You may download the application from website of EPFO or any other Govt website.
Fill it and send to CPIO of the concerned PF office along with IPO/ draft of Rs. Ten plus charges for the number of pages required in approximity.
For more exact information, ring up PRO of PF Office, get name and designation of CPIO and send .

Before applying RTI, try this PF grievance website where you can register your query ,and you will allot registration number ,through that you can track your issue.
It was helpful me in lot of cases.

Please let me know whether Citizen School, Nanjangud are remitting their employees PF contribution regularly to the respective EPF accounts?

How do you expect the members of this forum to know whether a particular school in some city we have never heard of, is remitting PF ?
And who are you ? Why do you want that info ?
