Eligibility for Paid Leave During Company Shutdown

Are all employees eligible to take paid leave during the company shutdown? Please comment. I'm awaiting your response.

Please be specific. What do you mean by company shutdown? Is it the closure of the company, a lockout, or something else?

Closure means complete and permanent closure of your operations/undertaking. This calls for following the procedure prescribed in section 25 FFF of the ID Act. If you have already followed this procedure, there is no question of paid leave, since in your F&F, you would have been paid for eligible leaves.

(I still have my doubts as you are not clear about closure, although you have mentioned it is closure and also referred to "June shutdown." These two things contradict each other. It would be better if you gain a fundamental clarity about the issues you are dealing with.)
