First of all you need to look at your company's information sheets like mission, vision, policies to derive what tests can be used for selection process. As an HR professional, you now need to look at various aspects of recruitment and selection. There are many personality tests in the market.
16 PF, MBTI, FIRO-B, BELBIN Team Role, OPQ are some of the popular tools. You can get information for each of them on the search engines. Remember, you have to have a thorough knowledge of these terms before proceeding. All are good and used in various situations, but you first need to understand about them.
